Updating our employees with the latest news, developments and health regulations. We look out for common symptoms of the coronavirus like a dry cough, shortness of breath and/or fever. We have created hygiene protocols in the workplace and make sure our team is following protocol to keep everyone healthy. If any employee is not feeling well, they are to remain at home. we encourage our clients to inform us if they are not feeling well. We can reschedule your cleaning time when everyone is feeling better.
What we use
Here at Naturally Clean we take our cleaning seriously for the health and well being our our customers.
In accorance with CDC recomendations to combat the spread of the COVID -19 virus we clean all surfaces first, then disinfect surafces with an approved disfected to santize all areas of your workplace or home.
We use 70% alcohol based solutions or Suretouch which is natural product that is listed on the EPA emerging viral pathogen claims list as suggested by the CDC.

We use essential oils, plus other natural cleaners in our products to clean surfaces.
Essential oils provide antimicrobial, antibacterial, antifungal & antiviral properties. Depending on which essential oil you use, they can either have all of these properties or just a few. With the COVID -19 we are using the most virulent essential oils in offices and residential homes at this time. Those include lavender, tea tree, cinnamon. eucalyptus and a few more.

Extra sanitizing steps in our cleaning processes
Naturally Clean will use personal protective equipment for its employees entering homes or offices. Naturally clean will take extra cautionary measures to ensure safety of its customers and employees which include, sanitizing all doorknobs and handles, landline phones, light switches. keyboards in all homes or offices upon entering.
We sanitize our equipment each time when we exit each home or office. Naturally Clean employees sanitize our hands before we enter and each time when we exit each home or office to ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of our customers and employees health.
Be proactive about sanitation
The virus can live on some surfaces for up to 3 days. Consider these tips for keeping you and work environment safe:

Wash your hand frequently with soap and water for 20 seconds, use hand sanitize if hand washing not available

Routinely disinfect surfaces people touch, including, door knobs, credit cards, cell phones, TV remotes, land line phones, computer key pads , light switches and more.

Try to limit your transactions to contactless “tap” payments. We use PayPal , Venmo which you can use on your phone or online to pay for services if you prefer . We have created these alternate avenues of payment to limit contact but to also keep our customers from having to venture outside their homes, Our top priority is to keep our customers healthy but still continue to provide the much needed cleaning services at this time.
